Meet Sarah White.
Sarah is a holistic health coach, therapist, and educator dedicated to helping individuals cultivate sustainable well-being through an integrative, whole-person approach. As a wife, mother of two, and lifelong learner, she brings both professional depth and lived experience to her work.
After witnessing the limitations of one-size-fits-all wellness models, Sarah founded Holistic Roots Coaching to offer personalized healing journeys grounded in multiple pillars of wellness—emotional, physical, relational, and nervous-system health—carefully tailored to each client.
Sarah holds a master’s degree in social work from Simmons University and completed her health coaching training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is also a certified yoga teacher and meditation instructor, integrating somatic and mindfulness-based practices into her work.
With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and groups, Sarah has served as a guest lecturer at MIT and has collaborated with leading voices in the psychotherapy and trauma-healing space, including Bessel van der Kolk. She is also a coach on a global platform supporting Dr. Gabor Maté’s HEAL Masterclass, guiding participants through compassionate, trauma-informed healing processes.
Sarah’s work is rooted in curiosity, integrity, and deep respect for each person’s unique path—offering support that is both clinically informed and deeply human.
